At Kanchimori, we take great care in curating and delivering our sarees with attention to detail and quality. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Returns are accepted only in cases of physical damage to the product or shipping defects.
- As part of our quality assurance process, we conduct a video call to show the product before packing and dispatch. This serves as proof of product condition at the time of shipping.
Return Process
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a return pickup from the original delivery address.
- The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Refund Process
- A refund will be processed only after the returned product is received and the issue is verified.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Returns for Other Reasons
- If the return is requested for any reason other than damage or shipping defect (e.g., change of mind), we will issue a credit note to your Kanchimori account.
- The credit note can be used for future purchases and will remain valid for a specified period.
